Karachi – November 2025, Baithak School Network proudly collaborated with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to organize a significant Training of Trainers (ToT) session under its newly launched Non-Formal Education Project. This initiative marks an important step toward expanding access to quality education for underserved and marginalized communities.
The Training of Trainers session was designed to strengthen the professional capacity of educators working within the non-formal education system. The program emphasized modern teaching methodologies, learner-centered approaches, effective classroom management, and strategies to engage out-of-school children and learners with limited access to formal education.
Baithak School Network was honored to welcome Mr. Abdul Jabbar Mari, Director of Non-Formal Education, and Mr. Habib Ullah Khas Kheli, Provincial Coordinator, JICA, as distinguished guests at the event. Their presence reflected a strong commitment to collaboration between educational institutions and international development partners.
The esteemed guests distributed certificates to the training participants, recognizing their dedication to professional development and educational excellence. They also met with Ms. Ayesha Salman, President of Baithak School Network, to discuss the transformative power of education and Baithak’s ongoing efforts in empowering children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
