Karachi: On May 25, 2026, Baithak School Network held an important and detailed meeting with the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) to discuss Pakistan’s ongoing education crisis and explore long-term, sustainable solutions to strengthen the education sector through cross-sector collaboration.
The meeting focused on the urgent need to bridge the gap between education and industry by building partnerships that can support underprivileged children and improve access to quality education across Pakistan. Both organizations emphasized the importance of collective action in addressing systemic challenges in the education sector.
During the meeting, Ms. Ayesha Salman, President Baithak School Network, and Dr. Aman Khan, Chairman Advisory Board BSN, met Mr. Atif Ikram Sheikh, President FPCCI. The discussion centered on future collaboration between the education sector and the business community, with a shared vision of creating impactful initiatives that can bring long-term change at the grassroots level.
The participants highlighted that education remains one of the most critical factors in national development, and stronger collaboration between institutions like Baithak School Network and FPCCI can play a key role in improving opportunities for children in underserved communities.
The meeting also explored potential areas of cooperation including educational support programs, resource mobilization, awareness campaigns, and joint initiatives aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of education for marginalized segments of society.
Both sides agreed that sustainable impact can only be achieved through continued dialogue, partnership, and shared responsibility between civil society organizations and the business community.
