Mohib's Journey

From Fixing Bikes to Building Dreams

Class 3, Baithak School Rana Town, Lahore

Every day, as the bustling streets of Rana Town, Pakistan come alive, 9-year-old Mohib-ur-Rehman juggles two worlds: the classroom and the motorcycle repair shop. By morning, he’s a dedicated Class 3 student at Baithak School Network, eager to learn and grow. By afternoon, he’s at his father’s side, fixing bikes and contributing to his family’s livelihood.

As the eldest of five siblings, Mohib carries the responsibility of being a role model. Two of his younger siblings also study at Baithak School, where education is both affordable and of high quality.
“Baithak has been a blessing for our family,” his father says. “We trust the school to provide the education and values that will shape our children’s futures.”

Despite the challenges, Mohib has a dream that keeps him going: he wants to become a commando, serving his country with pride and bravery. His teachers see his potential and admire his determination. “Mohib’s resilience is inspiring,” one of them shares. “He balances his studies and responsibilities with a maturity far beyond his age.”

Mohib-ur-Rehman juggles his school in the morning and work at his father’s shop in the afternoon, showcasing unwavering dedication.

For Mohib, Baithak School is more than a place to learn; it’s a stepping stone toward his aspirations. Supported by his family and empowered by his education, Mohib’s journey is a shining example of how dreams can thrive even in the face of adversity, particularly through affordable education provided by Baithak School Network  to children from underserved communities in Pakistan.
